Passiflora Yoga is a virtual yoga studio based in Northeast Florida. We offer private, group, and corporate yoga classes, support physical and mental health wellness at work initiatives, and offer coaching for a healthier lifestyle.

Group
Whether it's a small group of friends or family coming together to celebrate an event, milestone, or just hang out, private group yoga is a wonderful way to spend quality time in belonging together.
Workplace
Offer yoga at your as part of your workplace's wellness and well-being initiatives to keep your employees moving and mindful. Or use yoga and mindfulness practices as a complement to team building and company retreats.
Private
One-on-one yoga instruction and/or wellness coaching offered virtually. Perfect for beginners, anyone looking to deepen a foundational practice, or gain flexibility and mobility. No prior yoga experience is needed!
Group Yoga
Arrange for a private group yoga class for your friend circle, family, wedding party, birthday with friends, team building activity, etc. You choose the location, everyone brings their own mats and props.60 minute class

Private Yoga Sessions
Perfect for anyone looking to increase mobility and strength, those new to the practice who need guidance getting started, or those who want to learn how to reap the rewards and benefits of asanas. All sessions offer variations and adjustments tailored to your body's needs. Not based in the Eastern Time zone? Not a problem; we can support scheduling sessions for most time zones.Sessions are offered conveniently over Zoom and can be scheduled on weekdays and Saturdays.$35 for a 30 minute session

DesikacharDOMINIQUE is a RYT-500 yoga and mindfulness teacher who is passionate about helping others learn to become comfortable moving within their own bodies, and believes yoga should create belonging no matter someone's age, shape, mobility, or other characteristics.She is trained in the Hatha yoga lineage, which is a more mindfulness based practice bringing together movement, breath, and moments of meditation. In addition to teaching yoga through Passifloria Yoga, Dominique regularly substitute teaches at Mindful Motion Yoga, another virtually based studio. She has also worked with Kula for Karma teaching Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TSY) to youth in Florida Juvenile Detention Facilities.Dominique continues to grow and learn in her personal practice, building strength and flexibility in both body and mind. She also researches the benefits of yoga for aspects of stress, mental health, and the effects of various traumas (complex, intersectional, generational, etc.). To that end, she completed a 20-hour workshop that emphasized the foundations and core components of the Trauma Center's Trauma Sensitive Yoga methodology (TSY) and how they relate to anti-oppressive and trauma sensitive work.Dominique is particularly interested in how yogic movement and breath practices help to support mental and emotional health/well-being in our daily lives and workspaces. When she isn't teaching yoga, Dominique works as a work well-being consultant and career coach through her other two businesses, Ahimsa Management Group, LLC, and the Work WellBeing Coach.In her free time she enjoys gardening with native plants and incorporating permaculture techniques, hiking, traveling, practicing yoga, volunteering, and trying new plant-based recipes.
